Team rosters due July 10

Laurel Run organizers are requesting that all team rosters be submitted by noon Friday, July 10.

Team competition in the 8K run and the 5K walk add excitement to those events.  However, teams that wait until the day of the events to register their teams make things confusing for registration staff and the folks who handle the timing and race results for the 8K and the 5K.

To help make things run smoothly on race day, we are asking that teams submit their team name and the names of their team members by noon Friday, July 10, or as soon after that as possible.  If you need to make changes to your team roster once you’ve submitted the names, please do so as soon as possible.  It’s easier to remove the name of a team member than to add one on race day, so if you think someone is going to be on your team but that person hasn’t committed yet, please give us the name now, and we can remove the name on race day if the person doesn’t show up or decides not to be on your team.
